Job summary

Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay is seeking team members to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll greet guests, share information on food and beverages, and help with menu recommendations while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Role requires 18+ years old, ability to work indoors/outdoors, and flexibility in shifts. Training includes ServSafe and Responsible Vendor concepts. Includes park employee perks and discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to sell bottled alcohol.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to learn/use POS systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food service or theme park experience desirable.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests enthusiastically.
• Provide information on food & beverage offerings.
• Make recommendations to fit guest needs.
• Support dietary restrictions, allergies and special needs.
• Take orders promptly and ensure delivery.
• Prepare basic food items for high-volume operations.
• Restock prep stations during peak hours and store ingredients properly.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures and operate the dishwasher.
• Operate payment register and maintain sales records.
• Follow monetary handling procedures.
