Job summary

Busch Gardens in Tampa seeks a friendly team member to support Ambassador onboarding and daily operations. You will help with orientation, badges, and perks while assisting with inventory, uniforms, and paperwork. This role requires strong customer service and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service, good communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Scheduling flexibility is important for a fast-paced park environment and events.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for the shift and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new Ambassadors and complete orientation prep including name tags and ID badges.
• Communicate and assist with issuance of Ambassador perks and uniforms.
• Receive, sort and stock new items using our inventory system; stock shelves.
• Distribute, exchange and replace uniforms; maintain charges for items.
• Assist with paperwork for loaned uniforms and keep spreadsheets updated.
