Qualifications

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset; capable of building culture and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver top-tier service and memorable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop your team to build an all-star lineup daily.
• Own execution across operations from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Oversee in-house promotions, local marketing, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Direct staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and ongoing development.
• Create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
• Implement incentive programs and monitor performance feedback.
