Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably with a full bar.

• Team-focused and capable of guiding and developing staff.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Heart of House (HOH) Manager: Manage all food and product operations in HOH, supervise staff, maintain safety, and improve profitability through revenue and labor management.
• Bar Department Manager: Oversee bar operations, manage beverage inventory and RAS compliance, hire/train bartenders and bar servers, maintain profitability.
• Hospitality Manager: Supervise dining room service, manage team planning and development, ensure a safe environment.
• Staffing and development: Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and ongoing development of department team members.
• Create weekly department schedules within labor guidelines and implement incentive programs.
• Provide regular performance feedback and administer semi-annual merit increases.
• Assist the General Manager with coaching other managers and ongoing performance management.
• Utilize training tools and ensure state-required training and permits for team members.
• Run Guest Comment program and address food-quality concerns; use GEM to improve guest satisfaction.
• Facilitate new product rollouts and ensure vendor compliance.
• Monitor food/beverage costs, labor and profit goals; manage inventory and cost tools.
• Execute marketing and sales-building incentive contests for the team.
