Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group in Merrillville, IN is seeking an energetic Guest Service Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding hospitality. You will greet guests, promote services, and train teammates while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.

You will handle front-desk tasks, educate guests on our exclusive product line, and help keep the center clean and organized. Evening/weekend availability is required, with hourly pay and bonuses as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–2 years related experience
• Strong sales and guest service skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote services and products; meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations: check-ins/outs, scheduling, calls, cash handling, inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional center appearance.
