Job summary

Tupelo Honey Columbus is seeking a Guest Service Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver first-class guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

You will lead dining room staff, ensure service standards, and drive catering, to-go, and profitability while fostering loyal customers and a positive team. Serve Safe certification is required; a commitment to teamwork and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age.
• At least 3 years’ experience in front of house service environment as service or management personnel.
• Must possess a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels.
• Must have a working knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Dining Room Service staff.
• Responsible for adherence to all Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen and Bar service standards.
• Responsible for catering/to-go execution and delivery.
• Responsible for performance management of servers and support staff.
