Tupelo Honey in Columbus, OH is seeking a Front of House team member to welcome guests, guide seating, and manage reservations with warm southern hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in FOH, a proactive teamwork attitude, good math skills for POS operations, clear communication, and the ability to stay efficient during peak times. This role offers competitive wage and growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in FOH service environment.
• Must possess a positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude.
• Possess good math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels.
• Must be able to move and process information quickly.
• Must have a working knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and show them to their seats.
• Manage the reservations process.
• Communicate to guests in the spirit of southern hospitality.
• Ensure service standards and proper execution.
