Job summary

Tupelo Honey in Frisco, TX is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver first-class guest service. You will oversee dining room staff, ensure service standards, and manage catering/to-go activities to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years of FOH management experience, strong communication, and reliable teamwork. A 21+ age minimum and Serve Safe certification are expected as part of ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of front-of-house service experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Positive, proactive teamwork attitude.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with staff, guests and vendors.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Working knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of dining room service staff and daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to Tupelo Honey service standards.
• Manage catering and to-go execution and delivery.
• Perform performance management of servers and support staff.
