Job summary

Topgolf in Akron, OH is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead guest experiences and elevate service standards on the floor. You will coach the team, oversee scheduling, and ensure safety and hospitality excellence across all guest areas.

You’ll drive performance using guest feedback and business metrics, hire and onboard staff, and maintain Topgolf’s energetic culture of care and teamwork. This full-time role requires leadership, communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality management experience at the Assistant General Manager or General Manager level.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain required licenses and certificates for your location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience: Set daily service standards, stay visible on the floor, uphold procedures and safety, ensure fully staffed guest areas.
• Coach and Develop the Team: Supervise front of house, drive engagement, support hiring, onboarding and development, delegate tasks and follow up.
• Manage Operations: Execute opening/closing procedures, use metrics and guest feedback to drive improvements, maximize revenue, support inventory and facilities needs.
• Uphold Standards and Culture: Embrace Topgolf values, maintain safety standards, foster a positive high-energy work environment.

Education

2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates for your location
