Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Guest Service Manager in Lone Tree, CO. You will lead the front desk, lobby and F&B operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, VIP recognitions and high guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching a diverse team and maintaining brand standards. You will train and mentor guest service agents and night auditors, monitor guest feedback, and collaborate with housekeeping and sales to optimize availability and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of progressive front office or guest services experience.
• Supervisory or lead experience required.
• Proficiency with modern property management systems (Opera Cloud) and standard hospitality reporting/tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day front desk, lobby and F&B operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and VIP recognitions.
• Onboard, train, schedule and mentor guest service agents, night auditors and F&B team to uphold brand service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews; handle complex recoveries promptly to protect brand reputation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and sales to optimize room blocks and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee daily shift reconciliations, cash handling and night audit balance; ensure SOP compliance.
• Act as MOD during shifts, ensuring guest safety and rapid response to property emergencies.
