Stonebridge Companies in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead front desk operations, drive guest satisfaction, and partner with hotel leadership to meet performance objectives. The role requires collaboration with the General Manager and corporate training to develop action plans and ensure service excellence.

The position reports to the Director of Rooms, is full-time, exempt, and located at the Morgantown property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
• A minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Works with the hotel General Manager to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores throughout the hotel.
• Manages front desk customer service, trains staff on front desk procedures, and ensures quality service.
• Recruits, interviews and selects front desk staff; may prepare weekly schedules.
• Reviews performance and enforces standards; maintains attendance and appearance standards.
• Monitors room rates, uses property management systems, and communicates with corporate offices.
