Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager to help lead our food service department and support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise a food service team, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards across all operations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee audits, and step in as acting Store Manager when required. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ServSafe preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food service, retail, or customer service roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing food service team.
• Oversee inventory, food orders, waste reduction, and operations excellence.
• Ensure food safety and quality by following safety protocols and standards.
• Engage guests to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
• Meet or exceed standards in third-party audits and health inspections.
• Act as Store Manager when needed and support overall store leadership.
