Dash In in Ashland, VA is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a food service team, oversee preparation, inventory, and safety standards while driving sales and guest satisfaction. You will recruit and develop staff, manage orders, and ensure high-quality service.

You will also handle audits, health inspections, and stepping in as acting Store Manager when required. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food service, retail, or customer service.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Willing to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing food service team.
• Oversee inventory, food orders, and waste minimization.
• Ensure food safety and quality compliance with standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service and food quality.
• Meet or exceed audits and health inspections.
• Act as Store Manager when needed.
