Highgate Hotels’ Ambassador Hotel of Waikiki, Tapestry Collection by Hilton seeks a Guest Experience Manager OEM to oversee Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services/Transportation. The role emphasizes attentive, friendly service, driving guest satisfaction and revenue while maintaining SOPs.

The position requires strong supervisory skills, Windows proficiency, and the ability to manage schedules, payroll, and communications across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience required.
• Must be proficient in Windows, company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from the applicable state.
• Long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all guests’ requests and complaints in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
• Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline Guest Services personnel per SOPs.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily and analyzing rate variance.
