Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team across self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas. The role partners with the Sr.

Guest Services Manager to maintain high guest service standards during all shifts in our West Fargo store. This position includes bookkeeping tasks, employee supervision, and daily operations support with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front-end team and maintain high guest service standards across self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist the Sr. Guest Services Manager with Guest Services
• Support daily operations and front-end processes to ensure a smooth guest experience
