Guest Services Manager and perform essential bookkeeping tasks. The role supports a range of front-end operations, including parking lot areas, with opportunities for professional growth in a large, employee-owned grocery organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct front-end team to maintain high guest service standards.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with daily operations such as self-checkouts, checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, and click-and-collect.
• Support front-end areas including parking lot and related tasks as needed.
