Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold guest service standards across self-checkout, regular checkout, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, and click-and-collect. The role includes basic bookkeeping during shifts and supporting the Senior Guest Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end team and maintain high guest service standards.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks during shifts.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with front-end operations including self-checkout, regular checkout, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas.
