Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the front-end team while maintaining high guest service standards.
• Attend to front-end operations including self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with Guest Services and bookkeeping tasks.
