Qualifications

• Experience as a Guest Experience Agent or in a high-volume customer service role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them at the front desk.
• Process check-outs, handle payments and currency exchanges.
• Provide hotel information, upsell services, and answer inquiries.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Relay messages to guests as needed.
