Job summary

ACE Club in Palm Springs seeks a Guest Services Associate to manage initial guest contact and data entry for the ACE Club database. You will identify valuable guests and develop loyalty relationships through direct marketing programs.

You will assist with reservations, club cards, and promotional activities while maintaining professional service and clear communication with guests and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some demonstrated customer service experience or training.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial guest contact and data entry clerk for ACE Club database.
• Identify and gather information on valuable guests through observation and client contact.
• Develop guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs.
• Provide services to respond to guest requirements and assist with reservations and transportation when appropriate.
• Record and report database information to management and assist in updating files.
• Issue and reprint club cards; handle guest receipts and marketing promotions.
• Assist in implementing promotional programs to attract and retain guests; conduct surveys when needed.
