Qualifications

• Some customer service experience or training is preferred.
• Computer literacy with good oral and written English communication is required.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable with good phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain ACE Club program terms to prospective players and guests.
• Assist in making reservations for outlets on property and help arrange transportation as needed.
• Identify new guests for enrollment into the ACE Club loyalty program.
• Record and report guest data in the ACE Club database and update files as required.
• Provide excellent guest service through clear communication of promotions and amenities.
