Job summary

ACE Club seeks a Guest Services/Database Clerk to be the first point of contact and to enter guest data for the ACE Club program. You will build guest loyalty through observation, analysis and personal interactions, and support direct marketing efforts across promotions and amenities.

You will assist with reservations, manage guest inquiries, and participate in ticket sales and special events, while maintaining professional handling of sensitive information in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some demonstrated customer service experience and/or training.
• Computer literate with good oral and written English communication skills.
• Multi-lingual desirable with good phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial guest contact and perform data entry for ACE Club database information.
• Develop guest loyalty and direct marketing programs.
• Assist guests with reservations and related transportation arrangements.
• Record and report guest information to management; assist with database updates.
• Provide exceptional guest service both in person and over the phone.
• Assist with events, promotions, and ticket sales at the box office.
