Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a friendly Guest Services Clerk to be the first point of contact for guests and to enter data into ACE Club databases. You will develop guest loyalty, assist with reservations, and support marketing programs and events across the property.

Responsibilities include enrolling guests into the players club, handling transactions related to ticketing or services, and maintaining professional, courteous service during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some demonstrated customer service experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.
• Computer literate with good oral and written English communication skills.
• Multi-lingual desirable with good phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them as the first point of contact.
• Assist in making reservations for guests and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Identify and enroll guests into the players club or loyalty program.
• Record and report database information to management and update records as required.
• Assist guests by phone and in person and provide high-quality service.
• Handle promotions and marketing communications to guests and attendees.
• Support event promotions and ticket sales activities at the venue when assigned.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy, providing prompt resolutions to guest inquiries.
