Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa is seeking a capable ACE Club Supervisor to oversee ACE Representatives, ensure premier guest service, and support the ACE Manager in daily operations and promotions.

You will develop guest loyalty, handle reservations, coordinate events and tours, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting. Strong English communication and supervisory skills are required; experience in a casino or hospitality environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must have strong supervisory skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ACE Representatives and coordinate operations.
• Provide premier guest service and respond to guest needs.
• Manage reservations for rooms, meals, massages, etc.
• Enter data accurately and report to management.
