Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa Rancho Mirage is seeking a Supervisory ACE Club role to oversee ACE Representatives and support the ACE Manager in ongoing operations and guest services. You will develop guest loyalty, manage direct marketing initiatives and ensure high standards of service for guests.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and supervising staff, assisting with reservations, tours, promotions, and acting as liaison between guests and management while enforcing standard

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have good supervisory skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
