Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a Loss Prevention Specialist to maintain a safe, secure environment at store entrances and on the sales floor, deterring theft with a confident presence in company issued attire and friendly customer engagement.

You will partner with Store Leadership to follow Loss Prevention directives, monitor activity for suspicious behavior, and help educate Associates to minimize shortages while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisor experience preferred.
• Loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active security guard license preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations for security roles.
