Five Below is seeking an energetic crew lead to help deliver the WOW customer experience across front-end operations in our Oceanside store. You'll train crew members, supervise cash wrap, and partner with the store manager to recruit, coach, and develop the team, ensuring merchandise standards and a fast, friendly checkout.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of management experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Responsible for leading their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Responsible for leading front end operations, ensuring front end merchandising is set and meets brand standards.
• Ensures that all front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained.
