Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver a world-class customer service experience for employees and guests. You will be the first contact for entrants, greet visitors, issue passes, and support events and daily operations in the building.

The role requires 3–4 years in front desk or hospitality, flexible schedules, and strong communication skills to coordinate services, vendors, and on-site activities. This is an on-site position at a CBRE-managed building in Detroit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Open and flexible work schedules.
• Ability to understand instructions and present information to internal teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for building entrants; greet guests and issue passes.
• Answer phones professionally; create presentations and speak to groups.
• Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Manage janitorial/maintenance work orders; handle mail and onboarding tasks.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues in a customer-service manner.
• Organize on-site events; secure space, set up/tear down, deliver supplies.
• Follow security procedures and coordinate with vendors.
