Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a high standard of food safety and quality while guiding the restaurant crew. You’ll ensure a clean, organized line and help train and develop front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, monitoring shifts, and supporting office tasks, with a focus on delivering great guest experiences and promoting Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with managing breaks and shift changes.
• Help monitor line schedules, shift meetings, and overall crew operations.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are available and office equipment works properly.
