Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be familiar with office paperwork.
• Be able to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, gloves, time/temperature on the line, shelf lives, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
• Ensure adequate quantity of supplies.
