Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to help maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and the restaurant crew is well trained. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and supporting staff on busy shifts.

You will monitor time and temperature, assist with customer incidents, and help develop future Service Leaders while handling various office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Understanding of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Able to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring.
• Maintain a clean and organized line with functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew, assist with performance reviews.
• Participate in office duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure proper supplies and equipment are available and working.
