lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the sales floor and in store operations in Florida. You will develop team members, drive guest connections, and ensure the store delivers a top-tier experience aligned with our values.

You will partner with leadership to optimize staffing, merchandising, and performance, while upholding safety and company standards. This role emphasizes inclusion, accountability, and continuous development across the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and administration
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Willingness to travel to assigned store as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performing team on the sales floor and in operations
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and address escalations promptly
• Partner with managers to review business data and plan staffing and merchandising
• Open/close the store and ensure safety policies are followed
• Manage delegated budget and labor hours
• Develop and coach team members for growth and performance
