Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide technical product education to guests and support team members.
• Oversee store readiness and daily operations as Supervisor on Duty.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Offer feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
