Job summary

lululemon Athletica in University Park Mall seeks a Guest Experience Lead to drive a high-quality in-store experience and lead the floor while educating guests on product value. You will support store leadership in achieving daily sales targets and contribute to hiring and coaching the team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed
• Open and close the store per procedures
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and motivate the team
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to teammates
• Foster an inclusive, fun, and productive team environment
