lululemon Athletica Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience for Old Town on a 4 month contract. The role leads from the floor, develops team members, and creates a culture of belonging while delivering outstanding guest experiences aligned with company values.

You will partner with Store Manager on hiring, performance, and store operations, including budgeting and safety. The job emphasizes leadership, inclusion, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members and create an inclusive team culture.
• Improve guest experience by coaching team members on product education and service delivery.
• Partner with managers to review data (P&L, sales planning) for staffing and operational decisions.
• Open/close the store following procedures and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Manage delegated budget and labor hours, and support performance documents and coaching.
