Job summary

Target Goleta is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader to lead a team of associates and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will plan daily work, coach teammates, and ensure smooth operations across guest services, pickup, and drive-up.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, train staff, and uphold safety standards while driving store performance and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible, variable schedule including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to deliver guest service and drive store goals.
• Manage daily workload and assist guests with drive-up and pickup.
• Uphold safety and security practices; ensure cash handling procedures and merchandising protection.
• Respond to guest concerns and de-escalate issues.
