Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to drive guest experience and lead a team within our Findlay store. You will manage daily workloads, coach a diverse team, and uphold brand standards while supporting store goals and safety policies.

The role emphasizes people leadership, guest service excellence, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on loyalty programs and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred; not required.
• Strong communication, leadership and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Lead and develop a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store priorities and sales goals.
• Coach and evaluate team performance and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Support and drive loyalty programs and ensure strong guest engagement.
