Job summary

Target Findlay's Food & Beverage Team Leader role invites you to lead a dynamic store team in delivering guest-first service, accurate pricing, and fresh, in-stock merchandise. You’ll manage daily workload, coach hourly associates, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting store goals and promotions.

You’ll participate in hiring, onboarding, and running huddles, partnering with leadership to optimize operations and guest experiences across the department.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to perform essential duties.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred; retail/food experience helpful.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workload, adapt to shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Food & Beverage team to deliver a consistent guest experience.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
• Coach, train, and evaluate hourly team members for performance and development.
• Maintain food safety, inventory accuracy and price/promotions integrity.
• Partner with store leadership to support hiring, onboarding and team huddles.
