Job summary

Target's Food & Beverage team seeks a Food Service Team Leader in Findlay, OH to supervise hourly team members, plan daily workloads, ensure food safety, and deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and performance feedback, while maintaining brand standards for food service and store operations. This is a full-time role with benefits and a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail or food service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to deliver guest service commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store priorities.
• Ensure food safety, inventory accuracy, and quality standards.
