lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure top-tier in-store experiences and provide technical product education to guests. You’ll lead from the floor, act as Supervisor on Duty, and guide the team toward daily sales targets while supporting store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, e.g., guest resolution and conversations.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences and education.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and oversee store operations during shifts.
• Monitor daily metrics to drive sales goals and team performance.
• Involve in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
