Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and front-end processes
• Train and supervise crew to deliver quality customer service
• Achieve customer service score goals
• Oversee opening/closing, merchandising and housekeeping
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the store manager
• Recruit, coach and develop crew members
• Communicate corporate directives to staff
• Coordinate merchandising and recovery efforts
• Maintain stockroom and store facilities
• Adapt to business needs with flexible scheduling
