Responsibilities

• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals and manage front-end operations.
• Oversee merchandising and ensure brand standards at the front of the store.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and stockroom upkeep.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members under the store manager.
• Perform store maintenance and coordinate with leadership on store needs.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on merchandising and recovery.
