Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing business operations and administration.
• 1 year recruiting, hiring, or training employees.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop team members on the sales floor.
• Provide floor leadership to ensure guest experience and operations.
• Review business data to inform planning and staffing decisions.
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and compliance maintained.
