Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and oversee store operations on the floor.
• Assist with open/close procedures and daily readiness.
• Review daily metrics to motivate team and drive sales results.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
