Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Resolve customer incidents and strive for positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration and supplies management.
