Qualifications

• Experience in fast-casual or restaurant operations.
• Able to train and develop crew.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety and line monitoring.
• Assist with customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Ensure proper quantity of supplies available.
