Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will maintain a clean, organized line and oversee crew, shifts, and meetings to deliver great service.

You will also develop and cross-train front-of-house staff, participate in performance reviews, and support office duties such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• High school diploma required
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, and coordinate shift schedules
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with future Service Leaders
• Handle miscellaneous office duties such as banking and paperwork
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are well stocked and functioning
