Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role keeps a clean, organized line and supports scheduling and training activities.

You will contribute to food safety, resolve incidents, assist with office duties, and help develop future leaders. This position offers tuition assistance, free food, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in working order.
