Homewood Suites by Hilton in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of guest service. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage registrations and check-outs, and coordinate with the General Manager to align operations with hotel goals.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in hotels with leadership experience, a people-focused approach, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in hotels with at least two years in a leadership role (Manager+).
• People-oriented with coaching, mentoring and teambuilding experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the front desk and related functions.
• Provide business expertise to drive guest services and balance service with business needs.
• Oversee guest registration and check-out processes.
• Manage, train, and schedule Front Office staff.
• Conduct activities like night audit review, group billing setup, forecasting, and supplies ordering.
• Act as liaison between General Manager and staff.
