Job summary

The Quoin Hotel Wilmington is seeking an Operations Manager to lead front desk activities and guest service. You’ll be the friendly face at check-in and check-out, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment and accurate handling of guest transactions.

You will leverage knowledge of local dining and entertainment to enhance guest experiences, while using computers, databases, and PMS tools to manage daily front desk tasks. A High School diploma and 3–6 months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• You must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of related front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive demeanor.
